2009 Rate Card

In Studio Session: (Rob Maletick engineering)

$35 per hour

$300 per day (10 hours of recording time)

Location Recording: (Rob Maletick Engineering)

Stereo recording (2 microphones direct to disk) $250

*excellent for Orchestral/school recordings and archive recordings

26 Track Digital Recording $450

48 Track Digital Recording $1000

Nathan Zwald Engineering Packages

add $30 per hour to hourly rates

add $250 to the day rates for in studio and location recording.

Pro Tools Lessons @ Road Runner Studios: $75/hour with 3 hour minimum (one

on one)

******Nathan is based out of Nashville TN, travel plans must be arranged in

advance. Please call to discuss your needs. We often have trips planned that you

might be able to benefit from.

2009 Booking Policies

1. A deposit of 25% is due when you book your session(s). This is required to secure your session on our calendar.

2. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or money order.

3. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge.

4. Masters will not be released to the client until payment in full is rendered.

5. It is highly recommended that the client supply their own hard drive to store and back-up sessions. Road Runner Studios is not responsible for any sessions lost from our hard drives.

6. Be on time. Your session starts at the time you book, even if you show up late.

7. We will offer our best efforts to help you sound your best, however, even in the age of computer editing, we can not manufacture good musicianship and technique on your instrument. Please don't ask us to do so. What we can do is recommend private teachers and instrument technicians that can assist you in becoming studio ready!

8. If you require session players we would be more than happy to give you access to our extensive list of musicians both in the Washington D.C. area, and in Nashville. We have worked very hard to maintain relationships with some of the best musicians in the country. Prices vary depending on the musician and the demands of the project. Contact us to discuss specific project needs.
